Production costs optimisation

For you, and your respective technological production terms we will find a matching, complete system, including:

  • optimum gel quantity,
  • sufficient gel long time stability,
  • perfect gel destruction at the end of the frac treatment.

Cost optimisation for known, or existing frac systems is important for us, too. Growing higher and higher proppant and gel quantities are an increasing expense factor for frac and oil production companies. Rising production depths mean increasing temperatures, and raise the requirement to the frac chemicals.

So, for example, temperatures above 140 °C require completely new systems of chemicals (see graphics).
